We believe that Yoga is a non-competitive practice and offer accessible classes for beginners, more advanced students are encouraged to challenge themselves, and can benefit as well. We mainly teach classical Hatha Yoga, following the Sivananda tradition brought to the West by Swami Vishnudevananda in the 1950s. However, we also offer a variety of other practices to open both the mind, body and heart to the vibration of truth so that all thoughts and actions are in alignment with the self.
